Our customers needed to enhance production time and quality of the ceramic blocks that make up teeth crowns in dental laboratories. Originally, the process consisted on pouring liquid ceramic by hand into a tray. This process restricted the customer from achieving exact replicas of the ceramic block because of human error. We suggested a simple weight-based machine that automatically poured the exact amount of liquid ceramic into each tray with a computer controlled servo motor. By automating their process our customers decreased production time of the exact ceramic replicas by almost 50%.

Aviation instruments such as Artificial Horizons and Directional Gyros require precise calibration before being installed in an airplane. Our customers needed an automated solution where they could accurately calibrate each instrument in all coordinate planes. We suggested a CNC machine based on our 4th axis and two servo motors. With a click of a button our customers were able to go through all 6 planes of calibration with the same accuracy on each instrument.
